Noida celebrates its 39^th Foundation day today and as we gaze back at the years since April 17, 1976 this city has witnessed burgeoning success and attained transformation into a global neighborhood. Since the time of its outset, it has emerged as a global city with world class infrastructure and the choicest destination of buyers, MNC’s, developers and industrial projects. It has all the factors that one looks for in a city to lead a sophisticated lifestyle.

Blossoming development

A well planned and well laid out city, Noida is considered to be the most favorable place to live in Delhi and NCR. There is a huge demand of both residential and commercial projects due to major undergoing transformations. Plans are in process to make the city more greener by various announcements such as dedicated cycle tracks, remodeling existing parks, development of green sectors, theme parks etc. In addition to this expansion of metro routes in different parts of the city also warrantees easy and convenient access to Noida from all neighboring cities.
